This wonderfully healthy wholemeal naan pizza can be prepared in minutes, then thrown into the oven whilst you unwind. This is what I call my Thursday Recipe as we usually eat this on Thursdays after a day at work. You can make the wholemeal base if you prefer, but I like to buy a pack of four wholemeal naan breads from the local Indian supermarket. You can add veggies to it or have it with cheese and tomato and a sprinkle of mixed herbs and cracked black pepper.
