- 1 tbsp
- Olive oil
- 2 tbsp
- Tomato puree
- 1 tin
- Tandoori masala
- 1 pinch
- Black pepper
- 1 tbsp
- Corainder cumin powder
- 1 pinch
- Chilli
- 1 handful
- coriander finely chopped

This is an amazingly quick healthy dish I make with fresh or frozen salmon. It can be rustled up within minutes and is best serves with rice or couscous. Always a hit with the kids as it’s super quick and yummy!

- Marinade the fish with the dry spices
- Heat up olive oil in pan and add 1 clove peeled and crushed garlic
- Add the tomato puree to the oil and mix well on low heat
- Now add the fish and quarter cup of water
- On low heat cook each side for 3 minutes
- Switch off and garnish with chopped coriander, spring onion and a squirt of fresh lemon juice. Service with rice or couscous and potatoes
