Tomato puree
1 tin
Tandoori masala
1 pinch
Black pepper
1 tbsp
Corainder cumin powder
1 pinch
Chilli
1 handful
coriander finely chopped
Tandoori Salmon Curry

This is an amazingly quick healthy dish I make with fresh or frozen salmon.  It can be rustled up within minutes and is best serves with rice or couscous.  Always a hit with the kids as it’s super quick and yummy!

  1. Marinade the fish with the dry spices
  2. Heat up olive oil in pan and add 1 clove peeled and crushed garlic
  3. Add the tomato puree to the oil and mix well on low heat
  4. Now add the fish and quarter cup of water
  5. On low heat cook each side for 3 minutes
  6. Switch off and garnish with chopped coriander, spring onion and a squirt of fresh lemon juice. Service with rice or couscous and potatoes
