Paneer Jalfrezi is a delicios dish of Indian chicken cottage with green peppers, onions and tomatoes.
Ingredients
2 tbsp sunflower oil
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 large onion finely sliced
1 tbsp garlic and ginger paste
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp chilli powder
1/2 tsp coriander powder
1/4 tsp salt
150g green peppers slices
2 tomatoes sliced
150g subed paneer
chopped coriander for garnish
Instructions
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the cumin seeds for one minute.
Add the onions and fry until soft
Add the garlic and ginger paste and salt
Now add teh dry spices and cook on low heat until the oil separates, approx 3 minutes
Add the peppers and simmer for 8 minutes
Add the tomatoes and paneer and cook until soft but firm
Switch of the heat and garnish with coriander
