Masala Potato Wedges

Everyone loves potato wedges in my house, especially Masala Potato Wedges! These are far more healthier than chips. Firstly, I like to leave the skin on which saves time and is actually good for you. Secondly, I bake them with olive oil and a few spices. For something so healthy, they taste just amazing!

These mouth-watering Masala Potato Wedges are absolutely scrumptious. Baked with their skins using olive oil, seasoning and spices, they will be devoured in no time!

500g potatoes washed and cut into wedges
4 tbsp of olive oil (mild and light)
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp cracked black pepper
1/2 tsp garam masala
1/4 tsp red chilli flakes

Mix the spices with the oil
Coat the wedges evenly with the spiced oil
Bake in a preheated oven on middle shelf for 30-40 minutes on Gas Mark 7

You can vary or omit the spices. I used parprika and lemon juice instead of garam masala and they tastes just as good!
