This mouth-watering Mango Lassi is a refreshing Indian mango smoothie made with yogurt. Its a great way of calming ones stomach after a hot curry. The ripe mango makes this lassi a sweet and fragrant delight as an afternoon cooler or an after dinner drink.
Ingredients
2 glasses of low fat or fat free yogurt
1 glass of crushed ice
1 cup mango pulp or 2.5 fresh ripe Alphonso mangoes
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a blender and blitz until smooth
Pour into glasses and serve

Mango pulp is a available all times of the year unlike fresh mangoes
