Lean Lamb Kebabs

These melt-in-your mouth lamb kebabs are extremely quick to prepare and can be thrown into the oven whilst you relax and unwind. Eat them on their own with a chutney or sandwich them in pitta pockets with salad leaves for a more substantial snack.

These tender melt-in-the-mouth lean lamb kebabs are extremely quick to prepare and taste divine with a dollop of mint chutney or sandwiched using wholemeal pitta pockets with some fresh salad leaves.
Ingredients

  1. Place all ingredients in blender except for the lamb and egg
  2. Add the beaten egg
  3. Knead together and divide into 8-10 portions flat patties using the palm of your hands
  4. Line in tray with greased foil
  5. Place under a hot grill on middle shelf for 15 minutes on each side, basting (brush with oil) when turning over to retain moisture
  6. Serve with a chutney of your choice or in wholemeal pitta pockets with salad leaves and ketchup
