
This tasty starter homemade bruschetta is extremely easy to make. Ever since I had bruschetta from a well known pizza chain, I have wanted to be able to rustle up one at home, now I can!

This great starter of homemade bruschetta is wonderfully light and takes minutes to make.
Ingredients
ciabatta (or use any other type bread)
1 tsbp oilve oil
a pinch of black pepper
a dash of malt vinegar
10 plum tomatoes halved
a handful of chopped fresh basil
2 gloves of garlic peeled and pressed
a small pinch of garam masala (optional)
Instructions
Heat the oil slightly in a pan and add all the ingredients except for basil.
Lightly toast the sliced ciabatta or bread and cool on toast rack
for a few minutes.
Simmer all ingredients for 5 minutes and mix gently.
Spread the tomato mixture evenly onto the ciabatta.
Sprinkle the fresh basil and garam masala and serve.
