
This snack of Chilli Nachos is so simple that it should really be a recipe, but I will post it to show the ingredients that I use and the simplicity of the method. Instead of sour cream, I use just salsa along with low fat melted cheese and some chunky green bullet chillies, but feel free to adapt to your taste!

This mega simple nachos have an Indian twist where I like to add green bullet chillies but jalapenos work just as well!
Ingredients
1 packet of salted nachos
100g salsa (if no salsa, you can use a thick pasta sauce eg Ragu)
100g low fat grated cheese
2 green bullet chillies finely sliced OR 2 tbsp jalapenos
Instructions
Spread the nachos out on a tray
Add the salsa
Sprinkle over the cheese
Sprinkle over the chopped chillies
Place in hot oven for 5 minutes or until nachos slightly golden
