  1. Grind ginger and garlic to make a paste.
  2. Mix chicken, salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala.
  3. Add ginger garlic paste.
  4. Steam cook or boil chicken until it is tender
  5. Dip chicken pieces in egg and coat with breadcrumbsRoll each piece in bread crumb.
  6. Back in a preheated oven on Gas Mark 6 (200 degrees) for 30 minutes or until turn crispy.
  7. Chicken Farcha is ready.

    For the 4th step ‘Steam cook or boil chicken until it is tender,’ should we add water as well? If not, what process do you follow? I just want to make sure that chicken is not burned.
